I just use colorpicker.com, it is fast, and it is web-accessable, just incase I am not in front of my laptop and need access to change colors on a blogspot template.
Yes that works if you know what specific color you want to use and get the code, but if you want to use the same color that some other website is using, Color Cop is the cool toy for this without looking through the color chart. Thanks Michael for sharing this and your comments.
