How to Apply the New Template
1. Save the XML file for the new template that you want to use into your PC
2. Go to your Blogger Dashboard
3. Layout | Edit HTML
Click "Download Full Template" to make sure you download the current XML file and back-up in your PC so that you can restore it just in case if you make any mistakes.
4. Layout | Edit HTML
Click "Browse" to select the new XML file from your PC and click "Upload"
5. It's updated if you see "Your changes have been saved"
6. If you see any errors or some problems that you can't fix, you can just upload your previous XML file from your PC
